Artist Block Party 2.

Still playing with this one. It is a collective effort,

but not a communist party.

Many colours of collaboration.

The first image is inspired by a pencil sharpener, the second

hints a nib pen and the third a painters pallet.

Originally done with a fine point pen,

converted to an even vector line.

The image comes out much cleaner,

but more mechanical.

I might colour this one...

Day 104. CCEE 2010!

 This is my contribution for the CCEE 2010 Art Book. I have yet to see a copy. I'll be buying one today.

Day 75.

This is the latest T-Shirt/poster design, production was slowed down by technical

difficulties. This is a customizable image, you can add your own photo inside

the helmets and type in names. This is the first products I've created

with this option. More to come. GarSeeYa!!!

Tweeked the image a little more. Picked up the contrast for clearity. GarSeeYa!

Day 65

Continued from yesterday. Worked out the scales three different ways, decided to keep it simple. Detail can be overwhelming.

Day 63

The Sunday challenge was to do characters from Alice in Wonderland. This is my interpretation of Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum, with a little robotic element.
They kinda look like rusty chefs? GarSeeYa!

Another promo piece. Working from an earlier sketch, developed to finished rendering.

I'm getting paid for my artistic talent, and it feels good. Please give me more toys to play with.

Day 60

Got carried away with this one. I've always liked retro appliance and electronics, the look and feel and sound of them. This one I call "Radio Astra" music with a light show. Hope you like it.

I continue to explore Corel Draw X5. I'm using it for work now and it has been an all purpose tool for design needs. There are still a few bells and whistles to discover, it's like opening Christmas gifts, when I play with CDX5. I'm having fun with it. GarSeeYa!
