Day 211. Sketch to Finish Product.

"What do you think about putting candy in paper stars?"
That started a conversation with Rick at BFM, last Saturday.
I got to sketching that afternoon. By the end of the night I had a
prototype for show on Sunday.A few people saw it, and I
may be producing more gift boxes for other businesses.

I am learning something new with each design, always
improve and refine to create something better.

Thanks for visiting.

Day 210. Paper Star (5 point)

This paper construction folds up, has little star cut outs
and has room for an LED light. I'll have a picture of that
soon. This can also work as a gift container.

Day 209. Weigh 2 Go!

First mock ups of creative packaging for Weigh 2 Go.
Small gift boxes for party give aways, filled with candy
and other goodies. More designs in the works.

The boys wouldn't give them back to me this afternoon,
wanting to play with them. I take that as "Kid approval".

Day 208. Kee Bee Play.

These toys are designed for indoor use. It could have gotten special
surface treatments for outdoor placement. Interesting textures though.

Day 206. Calaway Park.

These are some of the pictures I took at an amusement park
today. I focused in on some Kee Bee Play products, usually
set indoors, they weren't designed for outdoor use.

Day 205. Paper Star 2.

This is a 3D paper star. See the post at Paper Works
for the earlier attempt. I'm getting the pattern right,
but it is a long process to assemble.

Day 204. Ellipses and Rulers.

I'm trying out the new tools on Sketchbook Pro:
rulers and ellipses. It takes some getting used to, but fun to learn.
